Description:
|
This right person for this reg position will work with patients, physicians, clinicians and/or employers to obtain and accurately record necessary demographic and financial information primarily on 1st & 2nd shift. Insurance benefits will be identified and precertification requirements initiated. Patient out of pocket expenses will be identified and collected from patients. Effectively communicates registration information to internal & external customer while maintaining a focus on customer service & patient confidentiality
